The following are sample Smart Health Links and their associated manifests. These are currently statically hosted for review. To test processing perform the following steps:

1. Decode the shlink per the Smart Health Links Protocol Specification to get the encryption key and manifest url
2. Use the encryption key and links in the manifest to decode referenced files
